As mentioned its in the heart of Friendrichshain full of life and stops everywhere. If you move in I can also advise on the best places to eat! On Saturdays and Sundays there are markets in both Boxhagener Platz and Urban Spree and I'm always able to find some great stuff! It's also in between both Ostbahnhof and Ostkreuz one stop each so commute is very easy. It's perfect for the Spring! :)
The place itself includes basically everything you need. Furniture, pots and pans, desk,... My room has plenty of cupboard space, a foldable table, bed and lamp. There's also an elevator! One of the room mate is barely home and stays with her boyfriend so it's more like sharing with one person.

Wie erwähnt, liegt es im Herzen von Friendrichshain, ist voller Leben überall. Wenn Sie einziehen, kann ich Ihnen auch die besten Restaurants empfehlen! Samstags und sonntags gibt es sowohl am Boxhagener Platz als auch in der Urban Spree Märkte und ich kann immer tolle Sachen finden! Es liegt auch zwischen Ostbahnhof und Ostkreuz, jeweils eine Haltestelle, sodass das Pendeln sehr einfach ist. Es ist perfekt für den Frühling! :)
Die Wohnung selbst enthält im Grunde alles, was Sie brauchen. Möbel, Töpfe und Pfannen, Schreibtisch, ... Mein Zimmer hat viel Stauraum, einen Klapptisch, ein Bett und eine Lampe. Die Wohnung hat auch einen Aufzug! Eine der Mitbewohnerinnen ist kaum zu Hause und wohnt bei ihrem Freund, also ist es eher so, als würde ich es mit einer Person teilen.
