I'm subletting my room for the LAST MONTH OF THE APARTMENT CONTRACT (1st - 28th of May), after that it will be dismantled so there is NO POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION OR REGISTRATION. It's ideal if you want a place to more calmly look for a stable situation or to spend just one month in the Berlin spring.
ROOM/FLAT
The room is very large and bright, the windows overlook the inner garden so also very quiet. It will be WITHOUT FURNITURE, but there will certainly be a mattress and MAYBE a coat rack and the sofa you see in the photos.The apartment consists of a small entrance hallway, a bathroom, a spacious and super bright kitchen and another big room that will also be rented from a new person ( !! still to be defined, so if by chance you're looking also for a friend of you, there would be another room available for the same price/time/size !! ).
POSITION
It's located 6minute walk from Boxhaghener Platz, so the area around is super lively and full of bars, cafés, and restaurants, but the particular street of the apartment is super quiet and residential. Likewise you have within minutes all possible choices of supermarkets, from Kaufland to Netto to Penny to Liddle and Aldi, as well as all public transportation (SBhan Frankfurter Allee, UBhan Samariterstrasse, Tram M13 and 21, Bus 240). I personally think it's the best position I ever experienced in Berlin.
SHARED LIVING
Unfortunately, my roommate and I will have already moved out of the apartment by that time, so you will be living with someone else yet to be determined, but we are generally looking for someone who is respectful of common spaces and cleanliness, who experiences "home" more as a place of retreat and rest than as parties (neighbors are very sensitive to noise), and there should be no need to say LGBTQIA+ friendly, non-racist and non-sexist.
