Wir, Mutter und Tochter (4), bieten ein freies Zimmer zur Untermiete an. Wir leben in einer 4-Zimmer-Wohnung im Friedrichshainer Nordkiez. Unsere Wohnung ist saniert, sehr hell und befindet sich im 4.OG.
Das Haus wird momentan saniert und hat keinen Fahrstuhl. Die Gegend ist relativ ruhig und trotzdem sehr zentral. Eine Tram-Haltestelle befindet sich quasi vor der Tür. Und auch U-Bahn und S-Bahn sind schnell zu erreichen.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist 15m² groß und ein sehr ruhiges Hinterzimmer inkl. Mitbenutzung Küche/Bad (keine weiteren Gemeinschaftsräume).
Wir sind eine kleine Familie, die immer versucht, das Beste aus jeder Situation zu machen, viel Spaß hat und ohne Musik nicht leben kann. Als Mutter eines Kleinkindes habe ich Unordnung und Lärm nicht so gern, jedoch ist mir Zuverlässigkeit besonders wichtig.

We, mother and daughter (4), sublet one room. We live in a 4room flat in Friedrichshain (north kiez). The flat on the 4th floor has been renovated and is very light.
The house itself is renovated at the moment and has no lift. The area ist fairly quiet but very centrually situated at the same time. Next to a tram station, even U-Bahn and S-Bahn are very near.
The 15qm room is a quiet back room. Bathroom and kitchen are shared facilities.
We are a little family, who always tries to make the most of a situation, has a lot of fun and can not live without music. As a mother of a toddler I do not quite like mess or noise so much. However, I set great value on reliability.
