This spacious room is part of a very nice flat and area of Friedrichshain. The room has 20 square meter, a mixture of antique and new furniture and lots of light on the 4th floor, the bathroom features also a washing machine. The sleeping sofa comes with an additional matress to make it really comfortable. The street is small, and close to the Boxhagener Platz with its many restaurants. I am often out of Berlin, traveling domestically and abroad, and enjoy international guests and atmosphere.
In einer ca. 55 qm Altbau-Wohnung mit hohen Decken und 2 grossen Fenstern pro Zimmer ist ein ca. 20 qm grosses Zimmer zu vergeben, Colbestr, 3 Minuten zum Boxhagener Platz. Das Zimmer hat ein Schlafsofa mit Extramatratze sowie teils neue, teils Jugenstilmöbel. Das Vollbad hat Waschmaschine, Wanne und Fenster, Küche mit Kühlschrank, Speisekammer, Laminatboden überall etc. sehr schöner Gemeinschaftsgarten mit Sitzbänken. Ich selbst bin ruhig, Nichtraucher und bevorzuge daher Nichtraucher(in), bin musikinteressiert, hilfsbereit und meistens ausserhalb Berlins.
c´e una grande stanze con molto sole (quando la c´e:)) in un bello apartamento con due stanze (l´altra ho io), un sofa con matrazza comoda, e mi piacerebbe se volete parlare tedesco o italiano o spagnolo e prendere una birra con me..
super, metro, supermarkets and buses within 2 to 5 walking minutes
bin 47 Jahre alte, selbständig, arbeite meist von zu hause aus, mittags oder abends gehe ich gerne indisch oder vietnamesisch essen, kannst gerne mitkommen!
