Für die Spontanen unter euch!
Ich arbeite für ca drei Wochen, eventuell sogar etwas länger andern Orts, daher wird mein hübsches Zimmer frei.

Zu vergeben ist ein 21 m² grosses, helles und liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer zum Hinterhof (sehr ruhig).
Zudem hat dieses hohe Decken (Altbau) und ist möbiliert! ( alles drin: Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Sessel, Regal, etc.)
Der angegebene Mietpreis ist inklusive aller Nebenkosten.

Wohnung
Die gesamte Wohnfläche beträgt 105 m², ist also sehr geräumig. Dazu gehört ein großes Badezimmer und eine gemütliche Küche. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über alle notwendigen elektrischen Helfer! Darunter auch Waschmaschine.


Lage:
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen von Berlin - in Friedrichshain, direkt an der U - Bahnhaltestelle Samariterstraße (U5) in der Frankfurter Allee.
Die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung ist generell super, die S – Bahn (Ringbahn), so wie die Tram M10 sind jeweils eine Haltestelle entfernt (bis zum Alexanderplatz sind es nur 6 min. mit der Bahn).
Im Haus befindet sich ein Spätkauf, ein Becker und ein Pizzaladen (sehr lecker!!), also alles was man braucht;-). Der Supermarkt ist auch gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite. Natürlich sind auch diverse Restaurants, Bars, Clubs, etc. gleich ums Eck..!

Mitbewohner
Du wirst auf zwei entspannte, (u.a. internationale) MitbewohnerInnen treffen, die beide sehr interessante und liebenswürdige Menschen sind.
Bezüglich WG Leben -Alles kann, nichts muss;-) wir verbringen aber gerne Zeit zusammen!

For the Spontanious! I work working in a different location, therefore:
on offer is a 21 m² fully furnished, big and pretty room in the heart of Berlin, more precisely in Friedrichshain, directly at the U-Bahn Station Samariterstrasse (U5) at the Frankfurter Allee.

The specified rental price includes all additional costs.

Room Characteristics:
The room is big, bright and has high a ceiling (old building). It is located towards the back yard, which means it is very quiet at night.

Flat:
The total living space is 105 m², which means that it is quite spacious. Included in the living space is a big bathroom and a cozy kitchen. Moreover electronic devices are offered such as a washing machine, an oven and a microwave: )

Surrounding:
There is a “Späti” (24/7 shop) located in the building, also a bakery and a pizzaria with delicious pizza. The supermarket is situated on the other side of the street. Of course there are also many bars, restaurants and night clubs around the corner! The public transportation is in general satisfying with having the S-Bahn as well as Tram M10 only one U-Bahn stop away. Only 6 minutes by U Bahn to Alexanderplatz (city centre)!

Flatmates:
Female & male (international music artist & dancer), easygoing, kind and in their mid and end 20 ties, happy to share a chat and a wine in the evenings;-)
