Hallo Ihr Lieben,
ab 1.10. steht bei uns in Friedrichshain ein 15 qm großes Zimmer in einer zweier WG befristet bis zum 31.12.2023 zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 73 qm groß (3-Zimmer) und hat einen Balkon und ein Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral und ist sehr gut an den U Strausberger Platz und den Ostbahnhof angebunden (jeweils 5 - 7 min). Das zur Verfügung stehende Zimmer kommt teilmöbliert mit einem Schrank und einem Schreibtisch. Ein Bett müsstet ihr also noch organisieren. Ansonsten ist Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine vorhanden. Auch die Küche ist natürlich vollständig ausgerüstet.
Ein paar kurze Infos zu mir, eurem potenziellen Mitbewohner: Ich habe vor kurzem mein Studium beendet und stürze mich jetzt ins Arbeitsleben. Bin immer gerne für ein Bier zu haben, gehe gerne mal feiern und mag analog Fotografie.

from the 01.10.23 till 31.12.2023 there is a room available in our beautiful appartment in Friedrichshain. The apartment is 73 sqm in total (3 rooms) and has a balcony and a living room. The apartment is super central and is very well connected to the U Strausberger Platz and Ostbahnhof (5 - 7 min each). The available room comes partially furnished with a wardrobe and a desk. A bed would still have to be organized. Otherwise, there is a washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen is also fully equipped.
Some short information about me, your potential roommate: I have recently finished my studies and am now entering the working world. I'm always up for a beer, like to party and like analog photography.

Die Wohnung liegt in sehr zentraler Lage in Friedrichshain genau an der Grenze zu Mitte. In unter 5 min bist du bei der S-Bahn, dem Regionalexpress und Fernverkehr (Ostbahnhof) sowie bei der U-Bahn (U Strausberger Platz). Trotz der Nähe zu Warschauer Straße, Alexanderplatz und Kreuzberg liegt die Wohnung ruhig.
Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich ein Edeka, der bis 24 Uhr geöffnet ist. Am Ostbahnhof gibt es diverse andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe, Penny und Netto. Rewe und Penny sind auch Sonntags geöffnet.

The flat is very central in the district Friedrichshain and close to the district Mitte. You can reach local- and long-distance transport in under 5 min. Even though the flat is located close to Warschauer Str., Alexanderplatz and Kreuzberg, it is really quiet.
Around the corner you can find several grocery stores and other shopping possibilities. Some of them are even open until 12 pm and on Sundays.
