Ich biete ein komplett möbliertes WG-Zimmer mit ca. 13 m² (oben links im Grundriss) in einer WG mit zwei weiteren Mitbewohnern. Es ist eine Wohnung mit 80 m² und einem Wohnzimmer.
Die Wohnung wurde in 2018 renoviert. Die Küche in top Zustand, mit Induktionsherd, großem Kühlschrank und hochwertiger Küchenausstattung, einem schönen Esstisch für gemütliches und auch gerne gemeinsames Essen. Es gibt einen tollen Balkon, auf den die Morgensonne scheint, außerdem schnelles Internet und starke Lautsprecher.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist ein Raum mit 13 m² und moderner, klarer Deko. Es hat ein 140 x 200 cm großes Bett mit wertiger Matratze, einen elektrisch höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, einen Schrank (neuer als der auf dem Bild), eine hübsche Kommode und schöne Wandregale. Das meiste davon aus Massivholz. Hochwertiges Bettzeug ist vorhanden.

I offer a fully furnished room with roughly 13 m² (top left in the ground plan) in a flat with two other guys. It's an apartment with 80 m² and a living room.
The apartment was renovated in 2018. The kitchen is a great state, with an induction cooker, a large refrigerator and high-quality kitchen equipment, a beautiful dining table for cozy and possibly joint eating. There's a large balcony that catches the morning sun, plus fast internet and powerful speakers.
The room for rent has 13 m² and modern, clear decoration. It has a bed incl. high quality mattress with 140 x 200 cm (similar to USA "Full XL / Double Extra Long"), an electric sit/stand desk with top notch chair, a closet (newer than the one pictured), as well as dresser and wall shelves. Most of that is massive wood. Quality bedding is available, also towels.

Deine neue Homebase liegt 250 m vom Ostbahnhof entfernt. Also S-Bahn und Regionalbahn zum Flughafen BER liegen direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist auf beiden Seiten von Grün umgeben und deshalb trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig.
Es gibt um die Ecke diverse Supermärkte und andere Geschäfte. Die Supermärkte und sonstige Geschäfte im Ostbahnhof sind auch sonntags offen, weil er ein wichtiger Knotenpunkt ist.
Das Berghain - der bekannteste Club Berlins - ist fußläufig erreichbar.
Lokale in der Gegend sind sehr Döner-lastig, Gourmets werden hier nicht fündig. Mit der S-Bahn eine Station zur Warschauer Straße gibt es eine größere und bessere Auswahl. Dort gibt es viele Restaurants und Clubs.

Your new home base is 250 m from Ostbahnhof train station. S-Bahn and inter city trains to BER airport are directly in front of your door. The apartment is surrounded by trees on both sides and is therefore very quiet despite its central location.
There are various supermarkets and other shops around the corner. The supermarkets and other shops in the Ostbahnhof are also open on Sundays because it is an important hub.
The Berghain - the most famous club in Berlin - is within walking distance.
Restaurants in the area are very kebab-heavy, gourmets will not find anything here. With the S-Bahn one station to Warschauer Straße there is a bigger and better choice. Many restaurants and clubs are there.

1) Juan, m 31, aus Argentinien. Er spricht neben Spanisch auch fließend Englisch und arbeitet aktuell v.a. im Homeoffice. Juan feiert gerne (ich auch). Gleichzeitig ist er total zuverlässig und rücksichtsvoll.
2) Ich (Stephan, m 33) bin Freelance Recruiter und arbeite im Homeoffice. Ich fahre gern Fahrrad, gehe feiern und verbringe viel Zeit mit meiner Partnerin. Außerdem lege ich Wert auf achtsames Umgehen miteinander und mit dem erschaffenen Umfeld. Selbst bin ich eher zurückhaltend, mag es jedoch gern, wenn um mich herum gesellige Gruppen entstehen. Dafür schaffe ich den Raum und organisiere das Drumherum.
Eine zufriedene Wohn-Energie sollte auch dir am Herzen liegen.

I also value careful dealings with each other and with the created environment. I'm rather reserved myself, but I like it when social groups form around me. I create the space for this and organize everything around it.

Das Zimmer ist ab April frei und unbefristet zu vermieten. Auf Wunsch ist eine Befristung auch möglich. Deine Kündigungsfrist beträgt einen Monat, ohne Mindestlaufzeit.
Falls du Interesse hast, bitte ich dich vorab um ein Videotelefonat. So können wir schauen, ob die Chemie stimmt.
Alle zwei Wochen kommt ein Reinigungsservice. Dieser hält auch dein Zimmer sauber. Das ist im Mietpreis enthalten. Darüber hinaus ist mir eine gewisse Grundsauberkeit wichtig.

Registration ("Anmeldung"): I am officially sub-letting, which means the landlord has been informed and you can register your place of residence at the Citizens’ Registration Office.
The room is available from April and can be rented for an indefinite period. A time limit is also possible on request. Your notice period is one month, with no minimum term.
If you are interested, I would ask you to make a video call in advance. So we can see if the chemistry is right.
A cleaning service comes every two weeks. They also keep your room clean. This is included in the rental price. Nonetheless, a certain level of basic cleanliness is important to me.
