Ich werde vom 03.12.2018-15.03.2019 im Ausland sein. Daher biete ich mein kleines aber sehr gemütliches Zimmer in perfekter, Friedrichshainer Lage zur Zwischenmiete an.
Der Raum in dem du schlafen wirst ist sehr gemütlich mit eigenem Balkon. Außerdem kannst du die große Küche (Gasherd, Spülmaschine) und das Wohnzimmer der WG nutzen.
Die Lage ist perfekt. 1 Minute zum Boxhagener Platz, wo sich das Leben Friedrichshain abspielt. Neben zahlreicher Geschäfte, Bars und Clubs hast du die Möglichkeit am Wochenende den Wochen- und Flohmarkt zu besuchen.
Melde dich, um einen Termin auszumachen, damit du meine beiden Mitbewohner (m) kennen lernst. Beide sind sehr entspannt und immer für einen Schnack zu haben.

I am leaving Berlin for 3 1/2 months (03.12.2018-15.03.2018). Therefore, I want to sub rent my cozy room in Friedrichshain.
The room itself has its own balcony. You can also use and hang out in the big living room or the very well equipped kitchen.
The apartment is perfectly located in the middle of Friedrichshain. Just one walking minute away from the Boxhagener Platz. You will find plenty of restaurants, bars and clubs nearby.
