Dein Zimmer ist 20 qm groß, geräumig und unmöbliert.
Es liegt im EG und ist auf der Seite zur Straße.
Das Bad ,klein aber fein mit Wanne und Duschvorhang.
Es wurde vor 3 Monaten komplett neu saniert.
Die Küche ist mit einer Couch ausgestattet und gleichzeitig Gemeinschaftsraum.
Das Zimmer ist wahrscheinlich ab September frei.
Es gibt eine selbstgebaute Garderobe in der Abstellkammer, wo du gerne auch einen Teil deiner Klamotten unterbringen kannst.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer wird vor dem Auszug meines Mitbewohners frisch gestrichen.
Ansonsten haben wir eine 10 qm Terrasse zum Hinterhof gelegen mit Süd/Westausrichtung.
Von Mitte April bis ca August scheint hier auch für ein paar Stunden die Sonne hin.

There is a self-built wardrobe in the storeroom, where you are welcome to store some of your clothes.
Your future room will be freshly painted before my flatmate moves out.
Otherwise, we have a 10 square metre terrace facing the rear courtyard with a south/west orientation.
The sun shines here for a few hours from mid-April to around August.

Ich bin entspannt und kontaktfreudig ,respektiere jedoch auch die Privatsphäre.
Dies war bisher eine Künstler WG.
Ich liebe Musik und zeichnen, schreiben etc. und tanze.
Ansonsten habe ich super Connections zu unseren Nachbarn und der Dude im Finowspäti ist einer meiner besten Freunde.
Es könnte vorkommen das der ein oder andere Nachbar mal am Küchenfenster vorbei schaut.
Wir haben eine kleine WG Katze.
Sie heißt Charlie und spielt für ihr Leben gern. Außerdem fungiert sie gern als Wecker. Wir machen in der Regel einmal die Woche sauber.r

This was previously an artist flat share.
I love music, drawing, writing etc. and dancing.
Apart from that I have great connections to our neighbours and the Dude at Finowspäti is one of my best friends.
It might happen that one or the other neighbour drops by the kitchen window.
We have a little flatmate cat.
Her name is Charlie and she loves to play. She also likes to act as an alarm clock. We usually clean up once a week.
Die Wohnung ist generell schon sehr dunkel da es das Erdgeschoss ist.
Sauberkeit ist mir schon sehr wichtig und ich möchte nicht Mama spielen müssen.
Ansonsten liebe ich Pflanzen und habe auch sehr viele davon.
Du solltest Tierlieb und keine Allergikerin sein.
Ich lerne gerade französisch, vielleicht sprichst du diese Sprache zufällig :)
Ansonsten reise ich gerne und viel und probiere immer gern neue Dinge aus.
Ich koche gerne, vor allem gemeinsam bzw für Freunde.
Viele meiner Nachbarn sind gute Freunde.
Ich wünsche mir eine freundschaftliche WG Beziehung keine Zweck WG.

Cleanliness is very important to me and I don't want to have to play mum.
Apart from that, I love plants and have a lot of them.
You should love animals and not be allergic.

Apart from that, I like travelling a lot and always like to try out new things.
I like cooking, especially together or for friends.
Many of my neighbours are good friends.
