Since I am gone for 3 months for a work trip I will rent my room out in Berlin for the time I am away (Mid Feb till Mid May). The room is furnished with a bed, a closet, a clothes hanger and a desk. There is also a TV with German Programm (via T-Online receiver). There is a shared bathroom and kitchen for you and your flatmate, fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher.
The house is located directly on Karl-Marx-Allee 98 (it is one of the famous buildings built in the Stalin Era in 1953). The subway station Weberwiese on the U5 is directly next the Entrance of the house, Directly behind the House there is also a little park (the Weberwiese) and a bus stop, so getting around is super easy.
Your flatmate to be is going to be Adam, a nice English gentleman who is into sports and computer games. He will also be the one choosing who will get the room for three months, so better be nice to him :).
