Das Zimmer ist länglich geschnitten und hat hohe Decken - ein schönes helles Zimmer mit großem Fenster zum Innenhof. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 84 qm groß, hat 3 Zimmer, einen Flur, ein modernes Bad und eine große, helle Küche. Im Innenhof oder im Keller gibt es genug Platz ein Fahrrad sicher abzustellen.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß zur Warschauerstraße, wo es U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Tram und Busse gibt. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. Direkt nebenan gibt es ein kleinen Park, perfekt für sonnige Tage.
Einkaufsmarkt, Spätis, Cafés und Bars sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Einfach perfekte Lage!
Wir sind zwei offene Mädels (beide 20), die gerne mal zusammen Kochen, das eine oder andere Glas Wein/Bier trinken und viel zusammen unternehmen. Wir haben kein Interesse an einer reinen Zweck-WG.
