Es bietet aufgrund seiner Größe genügend Platz, um (gerade auch jetzt in Corona-Zeiten) seinen Tag nicht nur im Bett zu verbringen.
Da wir ganz oben im Haus sind und keine Häuser uns das Licht stehlen können, hat man den ganzen Tag helles Tageslicht im Zimmer.
This is room offers everything you need to feel good, relax and to be productive: Bed, dresser, couch, desk, armchair. Highlight definitely: the chaise longue. There is enough space to spend a day at home without being just in bed (very important in times of Corona).
As we are at the very top of the house and no houses can steal the light from us, one has bright daylight in the room the whole day long, a luxury especially in the grey winter days!
Die Lage der Wohnung ist grandios, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Ostkreuz mit Anbindung zum Ring und den Stadtbahnen. In Richtung Warschauer Str. findet man zusätzlich die M13.
Auch Supermärkte von Denn's Biomarkt über Rewe, Penny bis Aldi findet man in 5-10 Minuten Fußweg.
Das Beste: In der Sonntagsstraße und unmittelbarer Umgebung sind zahlreiche Cafés, Bars und Restaurants.
The location of the apartment is terrific, 5 minutes walk to Ostkreuz with connection to the ring and the city railroad. In the direction of Warschauer Str. you will also find the M13.
Also supermarkets from Denn's Biomarkt to Rewe, Penny and Aldi you can find in 5-10 minutes walking distance.
Best of all, there are numerous cafés, bars and restaurants on Sonntagsstraße and in the immediate vicinity.
Das Zusammenleben in der Wohnung ist sehr harmonisch. Trotz sehr unterschiedlicher Tagesabläufe, ist es immer schön in unsere kleine Ruheoase nach Hause zu kommen. Wir nehmen viel Rücksicht aufeinander und, wenn es geht, kochen, frühstücken wir gemeinsam oder gehen zusammen aus.
Ordnung und Sauberkeit versteht sich von selbst: Wir sorgen beide dafür, jede Woche abwechselnd, dass die Wohnung schön zum Wohlfühlen bleibt.
Life together in the apartment is very harmonious. Despite very different daily routines, it is always nice to come home to our little oasis of peace. We show a lot of consideration for each other and, if possible, we cook, have breakfast together or go out together.
Tidiness and cleanliness goes without saying: We both make sure, alternating weekly, that the apartment stays nice and tidy.
