Hello everyone,
our flat is sunny and calm - I know everybody says that, but here its just really true. To top it all the flat is located in Simon Dach Str., for the one's who don't know Berlin that well, its the best place in Berlin - ask ur friends hahaha.
The flat is furnished, the kitchen is fully equipped and u have an elevator, which is quite handy for moving in. The kitchen also has a corner with a table to eat or work, dishwasher, fridge, kitchen stuff, dishes, basically everything u need. Bathroom incl. washing machine.
The room is furnished. All inclusive, furnished, incl. green power, internet and basic service costs/heating (the higher costs because of the energy crisis are already priced in)
The Anmeldung/ Registration is possible.
Simon Dach Str. - what should I say ; ) I think everyone new in Berlin wants to live here, first choice. Public transportation in front of the house (M10, M13, 240, 21, M17, U Frankfurter Tor, S Warschauer Str., U Warschauer Str.). The flat is situated in the most vivid districts in Berlin around the corner from Boxi (Boxhagener Platz). Many bars, RAW Gelände, students, many nationalities, the Spree. Of course supermarkets, Späti etc. are basically in front of ur door.
We are Amelie, Valentina and Gizem.
Amelie is a 23yo French girl working in Influencer marketing for a sportswear brand. She loves to go to the gym, try new activities and visit the surroundings.
Valentina (22) is an Italian girl who just loves to cook and hang out with friends. She is a party lover, but at the same time she loves to spend time at the parks chilling and sunbathing. She has several hobbies and just trying to adjust them to the Berlin lifestyle. Now she is working for a PR agency and she moved here to just experience life.
Gizem comes from Turkey, she is 28 years old. She recently moved to Berlin and work as a data analyst and as in psychology. During her free time she likes to do sports and trying different classes with urban sport, she loves eating and cooking, as well as discovering the cities and going out with friends. Always happy to share a diner or a cup of tea at home!
We are pretty easy-going and open-minded, we have busy workdays but try to find time to workout and cook. In our spare time we like going out to flea markets and hanging out with friends or chilling at home watching a tv series.
There is room for one new person who wanna call this a home. We wanna find someone, who is fun, responsible and inspiring. Preferably working people, so everyone has the same daily rhythm. No boring people, just a good balance. The flat should become a real home for the people who live in here, also therefore we are looking for someone who wanna stay longterm (one year people have even better chances : )
We would really want to find people who want to fill this flat with live and love.
