Hello there!
I’m leaving for holidays in November and I’d like to rent out my room.
The flat is altbau, renovated bathroom and kitchen, balcony and a big living room (first two pics are the room that will become a living room in a couple of weeks).
The flat is beautiful, sunny and spacious.
The flat is better in real life than pics ;)
Between Frankfurter Tor and Weberwiese, in a very quiet area, super connected and close to the restaurants and clubs of Friedrichshain.
You'll be sharing the flat with Anita, 30, an italian project manager and dj.
I’m looking for someone respectful, open minded, used to living in flatshares and always ready to solve little WG issues with open communication and mutual understanding.
I don’t like the idea of creating rules in the house, we’ve ran 2.5 years of WG life without ever setting any, so i would expect everyone to behave like adults and do their part in the house, without pressure.
Friends for dinner or an easy drink are always welcome :)
