Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr geräumig, ca 20 qm würde ich sagen, und hat alles was du brauchst. Vollmöbiliert.
Da die Wohnung sich im Dachgeschoss befindet ist sie auch sehr hell, du kannst also hier fast ohne Winter Blues wohnen.
Es gibt noch ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einer gemütlichen Couch, und ein sehr, sehr großes Badezimmer. An trockenen Tagen kann man locker im Balkon sitzen und die frische Luft genießen -- falls du rauchst, wird dann der Balkon dein bester Freund.

The bedroom is very spacious, I would say about 20 square meters, and has everything you need. Fully furnished.
Since the apartment is on the top floor, it is also very bright, so you can live here almost (almost) without the winter blues.
There is also a large living room with a comfortable couch and a very, very large bathroom. On dry days you can chill on the balcony and enjoy the fresh air -- if you smoke, the balcony will be your best friend.
Sehr Zentrale Lage in Friedrichshain, 1 Minute (ja, eine!!) vom Bahnhof Ostkreuz entfernt, also sehr gut erreichbar aus überall in der Stadt mit verschiedenen S-Bahnlinien und sogar Regionalzügen. Wenn du lieber Fahrrad fährst (wie ich!) sind dann Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Mitte und Prenzlauer Berg in 20 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Gegend ist sehr lebendig, mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Bars sowie viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Very central location in Friedrichshain, 1 minute (yes, one!!) from the Ostkreuz train station, so very easy to reach from anywhere in the city with various S-Bahn lines and even regional trains. If you prefer to ride a bike (like I do) then Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg can be reached in just 20 minutes.
The area is very lively, with dozens of restaurants and bars as well as plenty of options for grocery shopping. .
Du wirst die Wohnung mit unserem Mitbewohner teilen der, oh Überraschung, zufällig ein sehr netter Kerl ist. Ich erzähle nicht gern viel über uns im Internet aber hey, wir können uns gern kennenlernen und dann sehen wir gleich ob die Stimmung passt :)
Wenn du gern kochst oder (noch besser) backst, hast du gleich extra Punkte bekommen!
Wir rauchen nicht, aber falls du rauchst kannst du es gern auf dem Balkon tun.
