Das helle, 28 m2 große, möblierte Zimmer in unserer gemütlichen Wohung wird frei und wir suchen über Dezember jemanden mit dem wir den Wohnraum teilen möchte. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Ersten Stock. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet mit Backofen, Herd, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank und einer Soundanlage. Das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne, Dusche, zwei Spühlbecken und Waschmaschine. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett (1,40mx2,00m) ein Kleiderschrank, ein Schreibtisch und eine Komode.
The bright, 28 m2, furnished room in our cosy apartment is becoming available and we are looking for someone to share the living space with over Dezember. The flat is on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, cooker, dishwasher, fridge and a sound system. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, two sinks and washing machine. In the room there is a double bed (1,40mx2,00m) a wardrobe, a desk and a chest of drawers.
Die Wohnung ist 5 min Fußweg von der U-Bahnstation Frankfurter Tor entfernt 10 min Fußweg von der Ringbahnstation Storkower Straße. Direkt gegeüber gibt es ein Späti. Ansonsten ist die Lage sehr ruhig, jedoch zentral und sehr nah an etlichen Restaurants, Cafes und Bars.
The flat is a 5-minute walk from the Frankfurter Tor underground station and a 10-minute walk from the Storkower Straße ring train station. There is a Späti directly opposite. Otherwise, the location is very quiet but central and very close to several restaurants, cafes and bars.
Hey hier ist Maya. Meine Mitbewohnerin Annika geht für Dezember nach Chile und nun suchen wir jemanden der ihr Zimmer in der Zeit unter mietet.
Ich habe schon viel Wg-Erfahrungen gesammelt und würde mich als unkompliziert und offen beschreiben. Gewisse Sauberkeit ist mir jedoch wichtig. Auch suchen ich keine Zweck-Wg und wünschen mir ein freundschaftliches Miteinander in der Wohnung.
Wilde WG- Zeiten sind erstmal vorbei aber Abends Bierchen oder Tee zusammen trinken und gemütlichen den Winter zu genießen fände ich schön.
Da ich auch viel von Zuhause aus arbeite wünsche ich mir jemanden der ein ähnlichen Rhythmus hat unter der Woche. Am Wochenende bin ich dann auch öfter unterwegs verbringe Zeit mit Freund*innen... Ausstellungen, Konzerten und Parties, tanzen, kochen, Musik, gehe spazieren, ins Kino und essen, mache Ausflüge aufs Land und so Sachen.

I have already gained a lot of Wg experience and would describe myself as uncomplicated and open. However, certain cleanliness is important to me. Also, I am not looking for a purpose Wg and would like a friendly togetherness in the apartment.
Wild WG times are over for now but in the evening beer or tea together to enjoy the winter would be nice.
Since I also work a lot from home I want someone who has a similar rhythm during the week. On the weekend I am out and about with friends ... exhibitions, concerts and parties, dancing, cooking, music, go for walks, to the movies and eat, doing trips to the countryside and stuff like that.
