Ich heisse Stefan und bin 30 Jahre Alt. Ich wohne in dieser traumhaften, lichtdurchlässigen, direkt am S Bahnhof Ostkreuz liegende Wohnung seit 4 Jahren, mit meinem Kumpel Luca (auch 30) der vor 6 Monaten eingezogen ist. Das WG-Zimmer ist 14m2 groß und ist ab dem 1.5.2022 unbefristet verfügbar. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 100m2 groß und hat 4 Zimmern, ein großes Bad, eine gäste Toilette, ein großer Balkon, eine große Küche und ein großes Wohnzimmer. Wir suchen jemanden der gerne mal was unternehmt aber auch mal seine ruhe geniesst. Ich studiere und arbeite neben bei und Luca Arbeit in Vollzeit. Alle 2 Wochen kommt die Maka (Putzfrau) die mit Ihrer Freundin die Wohnung sauber macht. Die kostet 70€ pro mal kommen. Die Kosten sind in den sonstigen Kosten enthalten. Ich würde mich freuen von euch zu hören. Gerne auch per Whatsapp schreiben oder hier würde auch gehen.

My name is Stefan and I'm 30 years old. I've been living in this dreamlike, translucent apartment right next to the Ostkreuz S-Bahn station for 4 years, with my buddy Luca (also 30) who moved in 6 months ago. The shared room is 14m2 in size and is available for an unlimited period from May 1st, 2022. The apartment is 100m2 in total and has 4 rooms, a large bathroom, a guest toilet, a large balcony, a large kitchen and a large living room. We are looking for someone who likes to do something but also enjoys his peace and quiet. I study and work on the side and Luca works full-time. Maka (the cleaning lady) comes every 2 weeks to clean the apartment with her friend. It costs €70 per visit. The costs are included in the other costs. I would be happy to hear from you.
