Da ich für einen Monat verreise, vermiete ich mein schönes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete in Berlin Gesundbrunnen. Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert mit einem gemütlichen Bett, Kommode, Kleiderschrank, und einem großen Sessel. Es ist sehr hell und es gibt ein paar Pflanzen - Liebe geht raus an all die Interessenten mit einem grünen Daumen!
Das Besondere an dem Zimmer ist, dass es eine Verbindungstür zum Wohnzimmer gibt. Nach Bedarf entsteht also ein super schöner großer Bereich mit Anbindung ans Wohnzimmer. Die Tür kann natürlich auch zubleiben.
I'm subletting my beautiful room in Berlin Gesundbrunnen because I will be gone travelling for that period. The room is fully furnished with a cozy bed, dresser, closet, and a big armchair. It is very bright and there are a few plants - love goes out to all the plant loving souls.
The special thing about the room is that there is a connecting door to the living room. If you wish to, you can create a super nice large area with a connection to the living room by opening the door but if your prefer your quiet little space, the door can of course remain closed.
Berlin Gesundbrunnen gehört zum Bezirk Mitte und hat somit sehr gute Anbindungen hat: S1,2,25,26,41,42, U8, Busse und sogar Regional- und Fernverkehr sowie der FEX Airport shuttle.

Du wirst mit niemand geringerem als Jürgen Klopps kleinem Bruder zusammenwohnen - zumindest mit ein bisschen Fantasie.
Das Wohnzimmer bietet sich perfekt zum Sportgucken oder Filmabende an und man kann an dem großen Tisch auch arbeiten (Home Office geeignet).
Die Küche ist vollausgestattet zum Kochen und es gibt einen Kaffeevollautomaten. In der Küche wird geraucht.

The living room is perfect for watching sports or movies and you can also work at the large table (suitable for home office).
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and there is a fully automatic coffee machine. Smoking is permitted in the kitchen.
