The apartment spans the whole floor of a building and is fully furnished with gems from 1960's East Berlin. I've put lots of work into the flat- new kitchen with granite countertops, exposed walls of all sorts, brick, wood, plaster... but there's always more to do in an old building like this. When renting my room you will have access to a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom which you will be sharing with my lovely roommate (and his mom who will be visiting for a little over a week). It's a 5min walk to U Osloerstr U8/U9, right next to the canal, a short bike or tram ride from the lake Plötzensee, Kaufland is also 5min away plus a number of amazing small ethnic grocery stores and a few choice bars. The apartment is not suitable for people who are allergic to dogs since my roommate's adorable scruff ball will be there for the second half of your stay. If you need to stay an extra few nights into August let me know and we can arrange it. Damage deposit 200.
