I offer a quiet, comfy and sunny room in a completely renovated flat. There's also a nice balcony, a living room and an open kitchen with all you need to cook. A comfortable queen-size bed, a wardrobe and a large desk provide the necessary comfort in this room. A monitor could also be provided, if you need to work from home.
The apartment is cleverly divided into a day and a night zone, which means people in the living room could hardly bother those who are sleeping in the rooms.
The amenities include: walk-in shower, new washing machine, new microwave, suspended toilets, beamer (to be used in the common space - living room), coffe machine, and much more.
The price also includes cleraning service 1-2 times per month
We are in Wedding, one of the place to be in Berlin: full of things to experience but still lacking the tourist traps of other neighborhoods. In front of you there's a mall with any shop you could ever need, and you'll find many others in the close Badstrasse. We also have the flea market of Leopold platz or the more famous Mauerpark nearby, and the big park Humboldthain is also one step away
The flat is located in one of the most well connected spot of the city, as it's served with several metro lines (S1, S2, S25, S26, Ring and U8), bus, tram and even train lines. The station is at only 300 m away, 4 minutes on foot, and getting around is a breeze.
The flat is shared just with me, Andrea. I partially work from office or university and partially from home. When I am at home I like to share the flat with my flatmate, cooking and eating together, watching movies and talking while drinking a spritz.
A friendly atmosphere at home is for me essential.
I am open to everyone, all colors and LGBTQI* and hope you are, too. It's OK even if you are a man!
