My name is Madina ;)
I sublet my room in WG for a month due to travel home.

The room is large, very warm, the bed is 140*200, fully furnished. There is a working table and chair provided by my employer.
We have a cleaning of common areas every 2 weeks.
You have everything you need nearby!
The flat is located next to Pankstrasse station and both U-Bahn (U8) and Bus stop only 3 minutes walk. The Gesundbrunnen - big station only 10 minutes walk with a lot of S-trains so you can easily get to any part of Berlin very fast.
Rewe city, Lidl, DM - 4 minutes walk
Kaufland, Rewe, Aldi and Gesundbrunnen mall - 10 minutes walk.
...and plenty of Doners in a neighborhood hehe
We are 3 youngs living together, all working. We keep a friendly and respective vibe but do not disturb each other's privacy.
There are a common Bathroom, kitchen, and dining room. All the kitchen stuff, a dishwasher, a washing-up machine is there.
As well as I will leave only for one month, I will keep some of my stuff in the room and would really appreciate it if I could rely on you.
The cost is 550 euro Warm and 300 euro Deposit
