The room is small but cozy and has a lot of sunlight. As you can see in the pictures, I comfortably fit my bed from wall to wall on the window side and had enough room for clothes, a desk, a large seat and storage
As the flat is oriented southwards, you get a lot of sunlight.
I can leave some furniture in the room if you like, as the sublet is only until march. I can leave the desk, clothes rack, and shelves above the door in the room, so all you need to move in is a mattress.

Das Zimmer ist klein, aber gemütlich und hat viel Sonnenlicht. Wie Sie auf den Bildern sehen können, passte mein Bett bequem von Wand zu Wand an der Fensterseite und ich hatte immer noch genug Platz für Kleidung, einen Schreibtisch, einen großen Sessel und Stauraum.
Da die Wohnung nach Süden ausgerichtet ist, bekommt man sehr viel Sonnenlicht.
Ich kann einige Möbel im Zimmer lassen, wenn du möchtest, da die Untermiete nur bis März gilt. Ich kann den Schreibtisch, den Kleiderständer und die Regale über der Tür im Zimmer lassen, sodass du nur noch eine Matratze brauchst, um einzuziehen.
The apartment is fantastically connected, you can reach large parts of the city within 30 minutes. Within 5 to 10 minutes you can walk to the S-Bahn station Bornholmer Straße (S1, S2, S8), the U-Bahn station Pankstraße (U8) and the train station Gesundbrunnen (Ringbahn, S1, S2, U8, FEX, local and long-distance). Directly at the street crossing the streetcar stops at the station Grüntaler Straße (lines M1 & 50).

Die Wohnung ist fantastisch angebunden, du kannst große Teile der Stadt innerhalb von 30 Minuten erreichen. In 5 bis 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am S-Bahnhof Bornholmer Straße (S1, S2, S8), am U-Bahnhof Pankstraße (U8) und am Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen (Ringbahn, S1, S2, U8, FEX, Nah- und Fernverkehr). Direkt an der Straßenkreuzung hält die Tram an der Haltestelle Grüntaler Straße (Linien M1 & 50).
The WG is a pleasant mixture of different personalities. Fanny (25) is just finishing her bachelor's degree in political science and is on the road a lot. Martin (28) is finishing his math master's degree and likes to do a lot of sports and music (which never bothered me from the volume). And Yaşar (26) is currently in his Master Cognitive Sciences & Artificial Intelligence and a fan of the arts. They are all very nice and sociable, you will feel comfortable with them.

Die WG ist eine angenehme Mischung aus verschiedenen Persönlichkeiten. Fanny (25) macht gerade ihren Bachelor in Politikwissenschaften und ist viel unterwegs. Martin (28) beendet gerade seinen Mathe-Master und macht gerne viel Sport und Musik (was mich von der Lautstärke her nie gestört hat). Und Yaşar (26) macht gerade seinen Master in Cognitive Sciences & Artificial Intelligence und ist ein Fan der Künste. Sie sind alle sehr nett und umgänglich, du wirst dich bei ihnen wohlfühlen.
