Die HTW ist in ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Tram, U-Bahn und S-Bahn sind in der Nähe. Mit der U-Bahn fährst du ca. 20 Minuten bis zum Alexanderplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuss: Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, Penny, Denns, Biocompany.
Viel Grün, die Wuhlheide (Spazieren gehen oder joggen) Neues Fitnesscenter FitX (5min. zu Fuß) und ein Schwimmbad ca. 2 km entfernt.
Da ich ins Ausland gehe biete ich mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an. Kürzere Mietdauer ist auch ok, vielleicht für ein Praktikum oder Urlaub. Cool wäre, wenn du dich in der Zeit um meine Zimmerpflanzen kümmern könntest. Die brauchen keine besondere Pflege, nur ab und zu etwas Wasser ^^.
Du solltest auf jeden Fall keine Hundehaarallergie haben und Hunde mögen. Wir haben einen 13 Jahre alten Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. He's a good boy and his name is Toni. :)) In der WG wohnen Nicolas 22, Mathestudent aus Bolivien und Johan 57, bildender Künstler und Plakatierer aus Karlsruhe. Beide sind viel beschäftigt und wir sind eher eine Zweck-WG. Also falls du ein ruhiges Plätzchen suchst, bist du hier genau richtig.
Since I'm going abroad, I'm offering my room for temporary rent. Shorter rental periods are also ok, perhaps for an internship or vacation. It would be cool if you could take care of my houseplants during this time. They don't need any special care, just a little water every now and then ^^.
You definitely shouldn't have a dog hair allergy and you shouldn't like dogs. We have a 13 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. We live in Berlin Karlshorst. Less hip but nice green and rather calm. The University of Economics and Technology is only about 3 minutes away on foot. Good transport links and many supermarkets within walking distance.
With U and S-Bahn in 20 minutes at Alexanderplatz.
The lease is initially limited.
