Unsere WG liegt in Kaulsdorf, fünf Minuten zu Fuß von der S-Bahn Station entfernt.
Es gibt eine große Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und einen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Miete sind 500€ (Strom, Wasser, WLAN etc. inklusive). Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert.
Mit der S-Bahn ist man in ca. 30 Minuten am Alex.
Wir sind beide Mitte 20 und machen beide gerade eine Ausbildung zur Maskenbildnerin. Wir sind ca. 40h die Woche in der Ausbildung und arbeiten teilweise auch am Wochenende...
Wenn wir dann doch mal Zeit haben, setzen wir uns gerne mit nem Bierchen auf den Balkon und lästern über den Kapitalismus und das Patriarchat. Für nen netten Filmabend oder so sind wir auch gerne zu haben. Generell ist es uns wichtig, dass wir uns alle gut verstehen und gut kommunizieren können. Wir möchten hier gerne miteinander und nicht nur nebeneinander wohnen.

Hello, we are Lotte and Babsi
and we are looking for a new roommate from the beginning of June.
(preferably FLINTA*)
Our flat is located in Kaulsdorf, a five-minute walk from the S-Bahn station.
There is a large kitchen, a large living room, two bathrooms and a balcony with a view of the countryside. Rent is 500€ (electricity, water, WLAN etc. included). The room is partly furnished, about 14m2 big.
The S-Bahn takes you to Alex in about 30 minutes.
We are both in our mid-20s and are both currently training as make-up artists. We are in training for about 40 hours a week and sometimes work on weekends... When we do have time, we like to sit on the balcony with a drink and talk shit about capitalism and the patriarchy. We're also up for a nice film night or stuff like that.
In general, it's important to us that we all get on well and can communicate clearly. We would like to live here together and not just next to each other.
