Das Zimmer ist 28m² groß und wird möbliert untervermietet mit Couch, Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank und Regal. Durch 2 Fenster scheint viel Licht ins Zimmer.
Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Bäder (Dusche & Badewanne vorhanden), eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Spülmaschine, einen Keller und wir haben Zugang zum Hinterhof, in dem geraucht, gegrillt und sich gebräunt werden kann.
The room is 28m² large and is sublet furnished with a couch, bed, desk, wardrobe, and shelf. Plenty of light comes into the room through 2 windows. The apartment has 2 bathrooms (shower & bathtub available), a shared kitchen with a dishwasher, a basement, and we have access to the backyard where smoking, grilling, and sunbathing are allowed.
Nahe der WG gibt's alles, was das Herz begehrt. Ärzte, Friseure, Aldi & Edeka, Fitnessstudios und mehr. Wir haben Anschluss an 2 Tramlinien und vom S-Bahnhof aus sind es 15 Minuten bis nach Friedrichshain.
Near the shared flat, you'll find everything your heart desires. Doctors, hairdressers, Aldi & Edeka supermarkets, gyms, and more. We have access to 2 tram lines, and it's a 15-minute ride to Friedrichshain from the S-Bahn station.
Zu den Mitbewohnern:
Tobi (28) ist in der Gastro tätig & in seiner Freizeit interessiert an Animes & Computerspielen.
Moni (21) studiert im 2. Semester und ist noch recht frisch in Berlin, weshalb wir vorwiegend auf Englisch reden. Wenn sie nicht in der Uni ist, verbringt sie gern ihre Zeit mit Häkeln und anderen kreativen Dingen.
Beide Mitbewohnis sind liebe, aufgeschlossene & eher introvertierte Zeitgenossen. An gemeinsamen Abenden bei einem kalten Getränk & nem Döner kommt es zu entspannten Gesprächen :)
(+ wir haben nen tollen Grill im Hinterhof)

Tobi (28) works in the restaurant industry and in his free time, he's interested in anime and video games.
Moni (21) is in her second semester of studies and is relatively new to Berlin, which is why we mainly speak English. When she's not at university, she enjoys spending her time crocheting and engaging in other creative activities.
Both flatmates are lovely, open-minded, and rather introverted individuals. On shared evenings with a cold drink and a kebab, we have relaxed conversations :)
(Plus, we have a great grill in the backyard)
