Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus inmitten von beliebten Hotels. In dem über 60qm großen Wohn-Essbereich kann man abends entspannen. Die 3,30m hohen Decken und die Fußbodenheizung sorgen für ein angenehmes Raumklima und Design. Ein langer Flur im hinteren Bereich führt zu den WG-Zimmern und Hauptbad. Für Gäste steht ein zusätzliches Gäste-WC neben dem vorderen Wohnbereich zur Verfügung. Insgesamt verfügt die Wohnung über 3 WG-Zimmer. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen Berlins, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Potsdamer Platz und dem Brandenburger Tor entfernt. S-Bahn, U-Bahn und Bus sind ebenfalls in 2 Minuten zu erreichen.

The apartment is located in a quiet apartment building in the middle of popular hotels. In the over 60sqm large living-dining area you can relax in the evenings. The 3.30m high ceilings and underfloor heating provide a comfortable indoor climate and design. A long hallway in the back leads to the study and bedroom areas as well as the main bathroom. For guests, an additional guest toilet is available next to the front living area. In total, the apartment has 3 bedrooms
The apartment is located in the heart of Berlin, just a few minutes walk from Potsdamer Platz and Brandenburg Gate. S-Bahn, U-Bahn and bus can be reached in 2 minutes as well.
Wir sind eher eine ruhigere WG. Gerne wird abends mal zusammen gekocht und gequatscht.
