Coming to Berlin to spend a semester abroad, and are looking for a nice place to stay?
Then welcome to your new home: In a shared flat with two other international students, you can rent a beautiful room, with high ceilings in a historic building from 1908.
The flat is spacious and accomodating and you’ll find a sleeping couch and a cupboard in your room to get you settled and started.
Your room is about 31 m² big and bears testomony to Berlins famous „Altbau“ buildings and feeling, it also has a balcony.
The kitchen is equipped with stove and fridge and you’ll find a washing machine in the bathroom.
The flat is situated in Kreuzberg between the Victoria park and the Gleisdreieck park which on warm days are beautiful to relax in or offer the chance for some outdoor activities. The location is perfect for discovering what Berlin has to offer in any aspect, with the Bergmannstreet not far, and some nice coffees, bars and restaurants right around the corner high quality of life is granted.
The flat will be shared with 2 other international students. If you only need a room for 1 semester (6 months) that is possible, too.
