Es handelt sich um eine Maisonette-Wohnung, bei der die obere Etage vermietet wird. Diese besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer (ca. 8qm), einem Arbeits- & Wohnzimmer (ca. 17qm) sowie einem Badezimmer mit Es handelt sich um eine Maisonettewohnung, bei der die obere Etage vermietet wird. Das Arbeits- & Wohnzimmer besteht aus einem Schreibtisch inkl. 22" Bildschirm, Bürostuhl, Schrank für Kleidung, Kleiderstange, Couch, Fernseher, Soundsystem und einem französischem Balkon. Das Schlafzimmer besteht aus einem großen, gemütlichen Bett (2,00x 2,20cm) sowie einer Ablage.
Die Küche im Erdgeschoss ist ebenfalls voll eingerichtet, inkl. Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Kaffeevollautomat, Sandwichmaker, etc. Ebenfalls gibt es im unteren WC eine Waschmaschine sowie einen Trockner. Ein zweites WC gibt es ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss.
In meinem Zimmer im Erdgeschosse steht ebenfalls eine große Schlafcouch, ein Schreibtisch und ein großer Fernseher. Es gibt einen sehr gemütlichen Balkon. Da ich häufig nicht da sein werde (s. Abschnitt WG-Leben), könnt ihr diesen gerne mitbenutzen.
Küche und Dusche werden geteilt.

Flat on two levels, upper level is yours. It consists of a bedroom (8sqm), a living room (17sqm) and a bathroom.
The lower level has my room (17sqm), another bathroom and a kitchen (shared).
The kitchen has all the things needed (fridge, washing machine, sandwich maker, coffee machine, freezer, etc.). Laundry and dryer also available.
My room downstairs also has a lovely balcony, a bed sofa, desk and large TV. As I might not be in Berlin often during the next three months, feel free to use the balcony when am not there. Generally, kitchen and shower on the first floor will be shared.
Sehr zentral aber trotzdem ruhig durch großen, grünen Innenhofpark und gelegen in einer Sackgasse, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Berlinischen Galerie, Fußläufig zu U1 (Prinzenstr.), U6 (Hallesches Tor), U2 (Spittelmarkt) und U8 (Moritzplatz).
Zum Ausgehen sind die unterschiedlichen Kieze Kottbusser Tor, Bergmannkiez und Gendarmenmarkt sehr gut zu erreichen.

Super quite because of large park in the yard and located in a one-way street, but still extremely central, with 4 lines of U-Bahn in walking distance (U1, U8, U2, U6) and interesting going-out-areas close by for any kind of taste (Kotti, Bergmannkiez, Gendarmemarkt).
Meine Mitbewohnerin (Cansu, Architektin) zieht in eine eigene Wohnung. Ich habe ab Ende September ebenfalls geplant, einen Großteil meiner Zeit bis Ende des Jahres bei meiner Freundin in Tel Aviv zu sein. Daher steht dir wahrscheinlich für einen größeren Teil der Zeit die ganze Wohnung alleine zur Verfügung, da ich nur für ein paar berufliche Termine immer mal für kürzere Zeiträume in der Wohnung sein werde.
Zu mir: ich mache sehr gerne Sport (Beachvolleyball, Fitness, Joggen, Angeln), arbeite recht viel in einem Start-up Umfeld und hab es gerne sauber und ordentlich. Für Spieleabende, Bierchen in der Eckkneipe oder gemeinsames Kochen bin ich gerne zu haben :)

My flatmate Cansu (architect) found an own flat and will move out soon. I will also plan to spend most of my time in the next 3 months at my girlfriends place in Tel Aviv. So you will have the whole flat for yourself quite often.
About me: I love doing sport (beach volleyball, fitness, running, fishing), work in a start-up environment as product manager, and I like it clean and tidy. I am often down for game nights, having a beer in a Kneipe or cooking something together :)
Ich suche eine respektvolle, saubere und gesellige Person, die einen ähnlichen Rhytmus hat und das WG-1x1 schon beherrscht ;) Besichtigungen sind digital und vor Ort möglich. Anmeldung ist ebenfalls möglich, da wir deine Zwischenmiete offiziell bei der Hausverwaltung anmelden.
