My flatmate is on holiday so her room will be free from today till 04.10. Later move in is obviously possible.
Our spacious flat is directly across from Hasenheide, a big park, at the intersection of Kreuzberg and Neukölln. The place is super calm as we are living in a one-way street with little traffic, i.e. you can sleep with open windows. The flat is fully furnished (kitchen with oven, fridge, Sodastream and washing machine, light bathroom with bathtub, curtains in every room from tomorrow on, high speed Wi-Fi) and even has a balcony. As we just moved in, your room comes with a (comfy!) electronic air matress. We've also got towles and bed linen for you.
I'm a psychology student currently working on my thesis and I spend most of my days in the library, so you'd have the flat to yourself during the day. We share the living room which you can also use as a home office. Although I'm pretty focused on my thesis at the moment, I'm always down for a Cosmo and some good chats when I'm home.
For your and our safety, you’ll get a sublease agreement and we kindly ask for a deposit of 100€. We can zoom or you can come over anytime to talk about the details.

It’s the perfect place to explore Berlin since Hermannplatz and Schönleinstraße (U8, U7) are only a 7-minute walk away and from there you can get to nearly anywhere in Berlin in a heartbeat.
The foresty park Hasenheide is right infront of us and you can also get to Tempelhofer Feld in a couple of minutes to watch skaters and musicians. Greafekiez is also just around the corner, with some of the best restaurants Berlin has to offer and lots of cute cafes and bars. My two favorite fleamarkets (Nowkoelln Maybachufer and Marheinekeplatz in Bergmannkiez) are also close by.
