Hi all! I’m Alexander (he/him) and I’m seeking a flatmate (only 1 other person) for the other room in my flat in Kreuzberg near Hasenheide. Anmeldung is possible :)
Available December 1st or possibly (and ideally) sooner, depending on when my current flatmate moves out. The lease ends on April 30th, 2024 (no possibility of extension unfortunately), so this is a temporary sublet. Ideally, would like to find someone who plans to stay throughout the rest of the lease ♥️

About me & what I’m looking for in a housemate:
I’m 28 and from the US; I speak English, Spanish and am learning German. I’m queer & transmasculine, and would love to live with another queer person who is kind, considerate, mindful and a good communicator (FLINTA / BIPOC / 25+ preferred & ideally another young professional), but am open to all respectful folks who will take care of the space and treat it as their home!
I’m mindful of cleanliness and respect for common spaces and value the same in my housemates. I’d love to hang out from time to time, but I’m often out of the flat anyways so that’s not a dealbreaker. I’m a creative and spiritual soul at heart; I work from home and remotely around Berlin, and cherish my home as a place to relax, recharge and rest. I love disco music, nature + hiking, having meaningful and connective conversations, and expanding my perspective.
Usually on evenings and weekends I’m out with friends, and host the occasional dinner at home but this is not a party WG. Homophobia, transphobia & racism are also not welcome here.
