* Your room is 20 m², full of morning sun, and faces directly the street. There is enough space for creative folks, for example our previous flat mate was a musician and could fit his various synthesizers and other music gears. The ceiling is pretty high so there is a mezzanine.
* Available from December 1st
* The room is available for single person or a couple ( anmeldung possible for 1 person)
* Important note: you need to go through another smaller room to access the room (see floor plan in pics), which is adjacent to your room. As we have built a mezzanine in this room, Valentin, who lives in this room still has some privacy if he is up there as you walk under. But it remains important that you are ok with some level of promiscuity.

WG space:
* We have started in the WG two year ago, the flat is 113m² on the ground floor. Fully furnished.
* The living room (40m²) is aimed to be a modular space: now it is a comfortable space with carpets and sofas. It is a nice space to interact with people, have long diners, watch movies with the projector, etc. It also has a tiny mezzanine for reading/chilling in the day and large enough for one guest to sleep in the night.
* The kitchen is not huge but cozy and has most of the stuff one needs to cook well as well as a dishwasher. The bathroom is quite spacious. As we live on the ground floor we are extending on both sides with more and more plants.
We live in the heart of Graefeskiez, you can reach Hasenheide in 3 min walk (and its charming FKK area in a few extra steps), Maybachufer or Neukölln in 10 min walk and Tempelhofer Feld is only a very short bike ride away through Hasenheide. And we have one of the best bakery in town across the street :)
Commuting:
- 30 seconds walk from a M41 bus station (to Hbf and Sonnenallee)
- 10 min walking to Hermannplatz, Schönleinstr. or Südstern.
*Flat mates who will stay in apartment are Nikola (30) and Valentin (32) !
For us it is important to establish a strong connection with our flatmates. Everybody should have ones own sphere, but we want to share more than our toilet seat <3
About you:
* everybody is welcome, queer-friendly, and possibly couple-friendly
* we search for someone who shares our values, but who also brings something different from us
* active and engaged in doing stuff
* artist or art-sensitive soul is a plus
* caring about the environment and ones consumption is a plus, liking taking care of plants is a plus, eating mostly plants is a plus
* does not mind techno or experimental jazz or whatever weird music in the day is a plus. enjoys it is an extra plus
* main speaking languages in the WG are English and French
I you are interested please write me here or on my email:

There is enough space for creative folks, for example our previous flat mate was a musician and could fit his various synthesizers and other music gears. The ceiling is pretty high so there is a possibility to build a big mezzanine, which would then turn the room into a small studio. A few pieces of furniture are left, incl. a double bed.
* Available from November 1st (there is a possibly that the room will be free before)

About us:
My name is Julianna (24) and together with my partner Julianna (28) we are looking for a one-room/two rooms apartment in Berlin. We both come from Poland. We are currently living in here (for 2 years). We both work as chefs in restaurants. I'm also a dancer and Pimon is a musician so we also do theater/performance projects from time to time. We are both very sporty and enjoy moving around. But we're not partygoers. We like our space to be clean and full of plants. We don't have any pets and don't plan on having any. We are looking for a long-term apartment of at least a year.
