Good day,
I am leaving my first two rooms (first 4 pictures) and they are available to be rented long term. But without registration.
One room has 12 m2 and the second 18 m2. But from the first room you have to walk through the second room to acces the rest of the apartment. So if you rent as two person, you should be comfortable to each other.
Most of the furniture I will take with me on sunday. A wardrobe, the couch und the bed I can leave behind. A desk with chair I can also provide.
The kitchen is full equiped also with dish washer and washing machine.
The third room is rented probably until june next year and it will be possible for you to choose the successor.
The apartment is on the opposite site of Mcdonalds nearby of Schlesisches Tor.
It is Kreuzberg so there are many Bars, Clubs etc.
But the night life is not directly nearby of the apartement, so it us not loud. The only loud things are the street and the U-Bahn.
