I'm subletting my room, since I will be traveling for a few days. You would have a furnished room in a cozy 2 room apartment right next to the Görlitzer Park in Kreuzberg in the 4th floor.
You’ll be sharing it with my current lovely roommate Robbie.
The room is available from the 8th of December until the 21st of December. I will also be gone from the 24th until the 11th of January 2024, in case you would want to stay longer. You can use the kitchen and all amenities and will have space in the kitchen for your things, as well as in the bathroom. Internet fee, as well as all insurances, electricity, warm water and GEZ are included in the rent.
I’m looking for a kind, clean and organized, responsible and open minded person to stay in my room. No parties, no drugs, no smoking is allowed in the apartment. Also, this is a LGTBQI+ friendly and racist free space. If this is a problem for you, please do not contact me :)

The apartment is located in the heart of Kreuzberg, with the M29 at the front door and the U1/U3 at 5 minutes walking distance and the U8 at 10 minutes walking distance. There are various supermarkets (Lidl 10 minutes walking distance, Penny 5 minutes, DM 10 minutes), as well as Spätis in the area. You also have a lot of cute Coffee shops as well as a multitude of restaurants, clothing shops, art galleries at walking distance. The area is full of life and while this is super nice (to me) you have also to keep in mind, that the street is not quiet and you may hear some of the liveliness from the apartment.
You would be sharing my flat with Robbie. A lovely person that speaks English and French and is really fin to be around. Robbie is working full time, so you'd have a lot of time alone in the flat. Sometimes he also works from home, but that has never been an issue for far for either of us.
