Bei uns ist vom 1.7 bis 31.9 2024 ein Zimmer frei und darum suchen wir jemand nettes, der bei uns für diese Zeit unterkommen möchte.
Das Zimmer ist ~25 qm. Es ist voll möbliert, es gibt also alles was man so braucht, wie einen Schreibtisch, ein sehr bequemes 1,80 Bett und genug Platz für eure Klamotten (und natürlich schnelles Wifi). Weiterhin hat die Wohnung eine Wasch- und Spühlmaschine, eine moderne, gut ausgestattete Küche und das Haus einen Fahrradkeller. Die Miete für einen ganzen Monat ist 633. Rauchen ist bei uns übrigens nicht erlaubt.

Hello people of the world!
We have a free room from 1st of July to 31st of September 2024, so we are looking for someone who would like to stay with us for this time.
The room is ~ 25 square meters. It is fully furnished so there is everything you might need like a desk, a 180 bed and enough space for all your clothes (and of course fast wifi). There is also a washing mashine and a dishwasher in the apartment, a modern well-equipped kitchen, and we also have a nice liddle garden behind the house. The rent for a full month is 633. By the way, smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Unser Haus ist ein schöner Altbau in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße vom Wrangelkiez mit (fast) allem, was man sich so wünschen kann. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es etliche nette Cafes, coole Bars, einen großen Park, diverse Clubs, Theater und und und. In der Straße selbst jedoch eigentlich nur Wohnungen, weswegen es insbesondere für einen so lebendigen Kiez sehr leise ist. Die Wohnung ist außedem im 4. Stock, weswegen es sehr hell ist. Ansonsten haben wir auch noch einen netten Garten hinter dem Haus.

Our house is a beautiful old building in a quiet side street of Wrangelkiez with (almost) everything you could wish for. In the immediate vicinity, there are several nice cafes, cool bars, a large park, various clubs, theaters and so on. The street itself is nearly completely residential so it is really quiet for such a lively Kiez. The apartment is also on the 4th floor so there is always a lot of light. Additionally, we also have a lovely garden behind the house.
So und jetzt zu uns: uns ist das schöne WG-Zusammenleben recht wichtig und wir machen öfter auch mal was zusammen. Sei es gemeinsam kochen, zum Sport, zu Ausstellungen oder diversen anderen Kunstveranstaltungen gehen, am Landwehrkanal einen Wein/Gin/Smoothie trinken oder feierlich ausgehen in eine der vielen Bars in Kreuzberg/NK.
Aktuell sind wir:
Sandra aus Berlin, die als Rechtsanwältin arbeitet, gerne zeichnet geht, und außerdem leidenschaftlich gerne crumpets isst.
Kolja aus Berlin, der immer für alle möglichen sportlichen Aktivitäten zu haben ist, viel in Berlin unterwegs ist auf Kunst und Kulturevents und unter anderem auch als Produktmanager arbeitet.
Und dann vielleicht noch du!

and now to us: living well together is very important to us and we often do something together. Be it cooking, doing sport, going to exhibitions or various other art events, drinking a wine / gin / smoothie on the Landwehr Canal or going out to one of the many bars in Kreuzberg / NK.

Sandra from Berlin, who works as a lawyer, enjoys drawing, and is also passionate about eating crumpets.
Kolja from Berlin, who is always up for all sorts of sporting activities, travels a lot in Berlin to art and cultural events and also works as a product manager, among other things.
