I am an architect, originally from Poland and have lived in Berlin for many years. A room is becoming available in my beautiful 110m2 rooftop apartment in the heart of Kreuzberg, so I am looking for a new roommate (m/f/d) who will share this home with me.
The apartment is fully furnished and has two balconies. The bright 22m2 room is unfurnished and can be decorated according to your own taste. The highlight is your own balcony access so you can enjoy the sunsets.
Available long-term from April monthly rent €1,000 all inclusive plus €1,500 deposit.
I am only looking for flatmates with a regular income and need proof of income. It is a shared apartment for working people, cleanliness, trustworthiness and respectful cooperation are very important to me, so that you can simply feel at home and comfortable.

ich bin Architektin, komme ursprünglich aus Polen und lebe schon viele Jahre in Berlin. In meiner wunderschönen 110m2 Dachgeschosswohnung im Herzen von Kreuzberg wird ein Zimmer frei, daher bin ich auf der Suche nach einem neuen Mitbewohner (m/w/d), der dieses Zuhause mit mir teilen wird.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und verfügt über zwei Balkone. Das helle 20m2 Zimmer ist unmöbliert und kann nach eigenen Vorstellungen eingerichtet werden. Das Highlight ist der eigene Balkonzugang und man kann den Sonnenuntergang geniessen.
Langfristig verfügbar ab April, monatliche Miete 1.000 € alles inklusive plus 1.500 € Kaution.
Ich suche ausschliesslich Mitbewohner mit einem geregelten Einkommen und benötige einen Einkommensnachweis. Es ist eine Berufstätigen-WG , Sauberkeit, Vertrauenswürdigkeit und ein respektvolles Miteinander sind mir sehr wichtig, so dass man sich einfach zu Hause und auch wohlfühlen kann.
