Looking for a nice flatmate to take over my flatmate's room while she is away for work between January and March.
The room is big, bright, furnished and has a balcony. Giulia will leave her things here but made plenty of space for the person that will come. The kitchen and the toilet are also fully equipped.
The flat is in a really nice area in the heart of Kreuzberg. Our street is the first quiet street next to but not right into the full on action of Kotti. It is located in between the U-bahn stations Kottbusser Tor (U8,U1,U3) and Moritzplatz (U8). M29 is at 4min walk distance in Oranienplatz and so are several other bus lines. Ostbahnhof is a 10 mins bike ride away.
My name is Alice, am 31 and physicist. I speak italian and english and can make it work in german, spanish and portuguese. The mood in the flat is really easy going, a good mixture of sharing and independence. There's no rule except respect.
There will be a Kaution of around a monthly rent but more details on this shall be discussed with Giulia. Entry and end date are flexible and can be discussed as well.
