Unsere Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern. Das zu vergebende Zimmer (13 qm2) hat ein großes Bett mit gemütlicher Matratze, Kleiderstangen für deine Kleidung sowie einen kleinen Tisch mit Stuhl. Insgesamt ist das Zimmer sehr gemütlich eingereichtet und eine kleine Oase insbesondere bei grauen Berliner Wintertagen.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, kann aber auch mit einer großen Gardine abgedunkelt werden.
Unsere Küche hat einen Ofen und Gasherd. Zudem gibt es eine Waschmaschine als auch auch Geschirrspüler, was natürlich sehr hilfreich ist. Darüber hinaus kann unsere tolle Kaffeemaschine genutzt werden, die den Start in den Tag regelmäßig erleichtet. :)
Das Bad ist eher klein und verfügt über alles was ein Bad bieten sollte - Toilette, Dusche und Waschbecken.
Our apartment consists of two rooms. The room for rent (13 square meters) has a large bed with a comfortable mattress, clothes rails for your clothes and a small table and chair. Overall, the room is very comfortably furnished and a small oasis, especially on gray Berlin winter days.
The room is very bright, but can also be darkened with a large curtain.
Our kitchen has an oven and gas stove. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher, which is of course very helpful. In addition, our great coffee machine can be used, which regularly makes it easier to start the day. :)
The bathroom is rather small and has everything a bathroom should offer - toilet, shower and washbasin.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in perfekter Lage im Herzen von Kreuzberg und bietet zwischen Viktoriapark und Gleisdreieckpark eine zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage. Buslinien 140, M43 sind nur 3 Minuten entfernt, 12 Minuten jeweils zu Yorkstraße (U7, S1, S25, S26) und Platz der Luftbrücke (U6), Südkreuz ist 15 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. In der Straße gibt es einen Späti. Die Supermärkte Lidl und Rewe jeweils nur 5 min entfernt. Ansonsten Restaurants, tolle Cafe und Bars nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Kreuzberg and offers a central yet quiet location between Viktoriapark and Gleisdreieckpark. Bus lines 140, M43 are only 3 minutes away, 12 minutes each to Yorkstraße (U7, S1, S25, S26) and Platz der Luftbrücke (U6), Südkreuz is 15 minutes away from the apartment. There is a Späti in the street. The supermarkets Lidl and Rewe are only 5 minutes away. Otherwise restaurants, great cafes and bars only a few minutes away.
Wir sind eine queere WG und es ist uns wichtig, dass jede Person sich hier wohl fühlt. Dabei sind wir eher eine ruhige WG, sodass jede Person in ihrem Zimmer sich zurückziehen kann. Dennoch kochen wir genauso gerne mal zusammen oder lassen den Abend bei einem netten Gespräch ausklingen. Für ein gutes Zusammenleben wäre es schön, wenn die Wohnung sauber gehalten wird. Jede Form der Diskriminierung hat bei uns keinen Platz.
We are a queer shared flat and it is important to us that everyone feels comfortable here. We tend to be a quiet shared flat so that each person can retreat to their own room. Nevertheless, we also enjoy cooking together from time to time or ending the evening with a nice chat. To live well together, it would be nice if the apartment was kept clean. Any form of discrimination has no place in our home.
Wir lieben unsere Wohnung sehr und pflegen diese mit Herz. Zudem ist es in unserem Haus ruhig, was in der Großstadt sehr gut tun kann. Daher wären wir erfreut über Personen, die sorgvoll mit unseren vier Wänden umgehen und eine ruhige Wohnung suchen. Es wäre uns zudem wichtig, dass die Wohnung sauber gehalten wird. Wir bieten die Wohnung zum gleichen Preis an, da es uns ist es wichtiger passende Zwischenmieter zu finden als Profit zu machen.
