Hi People!

I will be leaving Berlin from the end of January / Begin of February until March, end date not defined. So I am renting my cozy room in my super nice flat in a super nice zone, close to Hallesches Tor.

Preferring student girls mainly because I want my super cool flatmate to be in a nice vibe.
Preferring ppl that would stay also in march.

Then, we can agree a day where you come to meet my flat and flatmate, and if the vibe is ok the room is yours :)

Please note that I would appreciate 200e as caution for any eventual damage.
The cost of the room is of 570 euros per month, adding 30 euros for the bills it makes 600 in total.

I would ask 300 euros (half of the month) before you enter and 300 until the 15th/20th of the same month :)
