The room has only 15 m², however it has a direct access to our garden, also we have a vast living room (see the images).
The room is fully furnished with bed, desk, chairs, cupboard, carpet (see also the images).
The flat is situated in the center of Kreuzberg 6 minutes from Kottbusser Tor, so we have immediate access to all the transportations, groceries and bars around Kottbusser Tor.
Our house however is not at the loud and big square Kottbusser Tor but on the calm side directly besides the Landwehrkanal. Thus we have a nice landscape in the center of Kreuzberg - water and trees - right in front of the door.
Currently, Axel (41) and Emanuel (40) are living in the WG. Axel is political scientist and works professional on this field. Emanuel am writing a PhD in philosophy.
And as we both are engaged in our work and research, we strongly prefer a flatmate who has daily routine which is fitting. Our flat is nice and tidy and it is our consent to keep it this shape.
