Hi everybody,
I'm renting out a beautiful room in a non-party flat, ideally longterm, minimum 4 months - 900€ / Month (all costs & cleaning of shared areas included) - Kreuzberg
I speak German, French and English fluently, a bit of Spanish, Dutch and Italian…
The room has 23m2. There is a couch and a table (and I can add a 140cm bed, if needed). You can remodel the room to your liking, everything can also be taken out. It's a beautiful old building, with a fully equipped, shared kitchen and bathroom. A living- and TV-Room can be partially shared. There is also a small guest room (8m2), that is shared, for when family or friends visit. That room could be rented by you as well, for 200€ more. This way, you’d have two rooms, one as office or separate bedroom maybe?
It's far enough from Hermannplatz so you don't hear it, but close enough that you can reach the U7 and U8 in one minute. Many restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are nearby. The beautiful Hasenheide Parc is right across the next street.
I work full-time, currently doing a lot of home office work, and likely to travel more frequently in the near future. When I travel, I usually rent out another room. The minimum period for that would be one month though, so no short term airbnb.
We can do stuff together, according to our interests, but there's no obligation. I like cooking, watching a movie, doing sports and chilling in the Parc in summer.
The price includes cleaning of the shared areas (hallway, kitchen, living-room, bathroom) by an external company.
Non-smoking apartment, that’s very important to me and not negotiable.
A deposit of 2 months' rent is required in advance, and a corresponding rental agreement with a 3-month notice period will be provided.
