da meine Mitbewohnerin auszieht, wird bei mir ein 21qm großes Zimmer zum 2. April 2024 frei.
Ich suche Kurzfristig eine neue Mitbewoherin, das ist wichtig: NICHTRAUCHER_IN, idealerweise berufstätig (bzw. jemanden der täglich etwas zu tun hat und nicht den ganzen Tag zu Hause faulenzt). :D
Das Zimmer geht zur Cuvrystraße, ist sehr hell und ruhig. Das ist ein EINZELzimmer, das heißt, es ist NUR für eine Person geeignet... ;)
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, mit Ausnahme eines Hängeschranks und, falls erforderlich, zwei Matratzen 200x140 cm.

as my flatmate is moving out, a 21sqm room will become available on 2 April 2024.
I am looking for a new flatmate in the short term, this is important: NON-SMOKER, ideally working (or someone who has something to do every day and does not laze around at home all day). :D
The room faces Cuvrystraße, is very bright and quiet. This is a SINGLE room, which means it is ONLY suitable for one person... ;)
The room is unfurnished, except for a hanging wardrobe and, if necessary, two mattresses 200x140 cm.
Die Wohnung liegt im berühmten Szene-Kiez Kreuzberg:
Vergnügnung, Kunst, Entspannung, Besonderheiten und Geschichte sind alle um die Ecke. Berühmte Lokale und Clubs sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Parallel zur unseren Straße ist die Falkensteinstraße mit zahlreichen und leckeren Essmöglichkeiten. Zum Entspannen: Görlitzer Park und Treptower Park :-)
Verkehrsanbindungen: Schlesisches Tor (U1), Bus 165/265 (H: Taborstrasse), Warschauerstrasse (Stadtbahn), S-Bahnhof Treptower Park (Ring-Bahn, S8/S9).
Supermärkte (man muss ja ab und zu auch was essen): Rewe, Nahkauf, Spätis, Lidl (Warschauerstrasse), Rossmann und viele andere Geschäfte (East Side Mall).

Gerne können FreundInnen eingeladen werden, aber ohne es zu übertreiben :)
Ich habe sonst ganz normale Interesse und Hobbys, unter denen, z.B: spazieren, TV-Serien fernsehen, lesen, kochen, gutes essen, Bier trinken, ins Fitnessstudio/Kino/Restaurant gehen (wann es möglich ist), usw.
Gerne freue ich mich auf gemeinsames Reden, Kochen, Trinken oder so was zu Hause.
PS. Hier wird Fleisch gegessen!

If the location can offer you everything for fun, our flat share is on the contrary very quiet and relaxed. I, Vassili (50 y.o.) am working (more details when getting to know each other), have my own daily rhythm and am not looking forward to wild parties at home.
You are welcome to invite friends, but without overdoing it :)
I have normal interests and hobbies, among which are: walking, watching TV series, reading, cooking, eating good food, drinking beer, going to the gym/cinema/restaurant (when possible), etc.
I am happy to talk, cook, drink or something like that together at home.
PS. Meat is eaten here!
