This furnished 18-square-meter room, with a view of the courtyard, is part of an 80-square-meter apartment in Reichenbergkiez, Kreuzberg. The bathroom, bathed in sunlight, features a cozy bathtub. The kitchen includes a small pantry for food, beverages, and cleaning supplies. A corridor with shelves offers additional storage, and the apartment also has a basement.
We're seeking an accountable housemate who values cleanliness and leans towards introversion. We're mindful of keeping annual utility costs down, so being mindful of energy and water usage is important. Ideally, you'll have a full-time job. This isn't a party flat – we prioritize a peaceful home environment.
The contract would be long-term, with registration possible. Having private liability insurance (Haftpflichtversicherung) is required. This insurance covers you financially if you accidentally cause damage to someone else's property. If you don't already have it, it's a very affordable expense, typically costing around €25 per year.

Sam loves to cook, read, write, thrift & upcycle clothes, go to the cinema & exhibitions, and spend time with friends around the canal. She respects personal space but enjoys chatting over meals or drinks. In general, Sam is quite laid-back and prefers an easygoing living atmosphere.
Other things about Sam include her vegetarian diet (but she is happy to live with any sort of diet) and her preference for vaping/smoking, though she only smokes cigarettes outdoors.
