The room is big and quiet. Is in the heart of Kreuzberg near to two metro stations (kottbusser tor+prinzenstr) and is in an apartment of 81m2. Also is very near 30secs from the canal (Landwehrkanal) and in the back of the building exists a perfect park for relaxing. Is fully furnished and you don't have to bring anything except your stuff. I am looking for a quiet person, preferably working or a trainee who likes to use the apartment as a place to spend personal time and a safe quiet place to be.
Two lines of metro are passing close by, U1 and U8. The stations are 3 minutes from the house. A netto supermarket is at 4 minutes by foot and also norma and rewe. The apartment is between Prinzenstr and Kottbusser tor in a very quiet but also very central spot, with a beautiful park just in front of the building.
The flatmate is only me. I am 43 years old guy, easygoing and pretty quiet throughout the week as I am working pretty early in the morning from Mo-Fr. Otherwise, i have already lived with dozens of flatmates and I have enough experience in how to be discrete and cooperate in an easy and without problems wg.
It is very important to me to live in an apartment which is staying clean and quiet
There is the possibility that, for a short time, the 3rd room in the apartment will be rented too.
-sometimes i accommodate a cat in the flat, just in case of allergies
-cleaning will be done from a cleaning lady which we pay alternately 30euro each time
-The room is not for long-term
