Unsere schöne WG sucht ab sofort eine nette Untermieterin vom 1ten November 2020 bis 30ter März 2021.
Ich suchen jemanden, die (wie ich) auch einen festen Wochenplan hat, wir sind keine Party-WG.Hier in der gegen sind zahlreiche Bars und kleinen Clubs wo man sich herrlich amussieren kann, Imbisse jeglicher Art, Restaurants und Cafés. Sowie der wöchentlichen Gemüsemarkt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr günstig gelegen.
Der öffentliche Verkehr wie z.B. U8,U1 und U7 ist nur 3 min. zur Fuß zu erreichen;
für mich ist wichtig SAUBERKEIT und RÜCKSICHT, das heiß immer nach dem Essen und Kochen, Geschirr und Küche aufräumen und spülen, Müll öfters weg bringen, 1 mal die Woche ist Putztag. ;) also Ich glaube es ist in einer WG selbstverständlich!
also wenn du denkst, dass du zu uns passen würdest, schreib uns ein E-mail und erzählt von dir, was du machst, deine hobbies und für wie lange möchtest du bei uns wohnen!! dann entscheiden wir wann ein Besichtigungstermin passen würde!! aber als aller erstes werden wir eine skype video-Konferenz haben!(somit vermeiden wir Wartezeiten und Fahrtzeiten)

we are looking for a flatmate! from 1st of November 2020 till 30th März 2020
the flat is 78m² and very central, there are plenty of bars, supermarkets and many places where you can have all type of snacks and delicious meals.
the metro is also pretty close, just 3 min by foot.
Please consider being clean!!!! We love to share with our flatmates a clean kitchen and a clean bathroom, and we do not accept any dirty dishes after eating, and we take turns to take out the garbage and clean the shared areas once a week.
If you consider that you can fit in this apartment, please writte down an email and tell us about you, what you do? what do you love? your hobbies and then I can give you an interview per skype, after the interview we can see when you can come to see the apartment and meet me.
