Liebe Interessenten,
da ich zeitweise ins Ausland gehen werde steht mein Zimmer in einer 2-WG zur Verfügung.
Das helle Zimmer ist um die 15qm groß und wird möbliert vermietet, soll heißen, ein Bett für eine Person, ein Schreibtisch, ein Regal und eine Kleiderstange.
Die Wohnung ist optimal in Kreuzberg gelegen. Der wunderschöne Victoriapark, sowie der Gleisdreieckpark sind beide eine Gehminute entfernt. Ebenso Lidl, Aldi, Tankstelle, Bars, Biergärten, Eisdielen und Restaurants versorgen einen direkt um die Ecke.
Zur beliebten Bergmannstrasse benötigt man zu Fuß 10 Minuten.
Von den U- & S- Bahnstationen Yorckstrasse, Meringdamm und Kleistparkt, gelangt man nach 10 min. Fußmarsch überall hin. Ein Bus fährt auch direkt um die Ecke ab.
Sonst darf natürlich die Küche, mit allem was man zum Kochen braucht, sowie das Bad genutzt werden und eine Waschmaschine gibt es auch.
Ein Bild sagt bekanntlich mehr als tausend Worte also klicke dich am besten durch die Fotogalerie... Das Zimmerfoto ist nicht ganz aktuell. Es steht jetzt auch noch ein Sofa und einer kleiner Tisch drin:)

Hallo,
The apartment is located in the beautiful area of Kreuzberg, a 5 min walk to victoria park and also gleistdreieck where you can play volleyball, go skateboarding and do lots of other activities.
Also the grocery stores are closeby as well as restaurants, bars and to walk to the popular bergmannstrasse just takes you 10 min.
There is a bus station right outside around the corner which takes you to the u bahn station Mehringdamm or you walk about 10 min to yorckstrasse where you can take the u bahn as well as the s bahn.
The room is equipped with a bed, a table/desk, a shelf and there is also space for your clothes.
Of course you can use the kitchen, washing machine and there is also wifi.
