Rent: 490 EUR/month including electricity, gas, water, WiFi/Internet. November-April + 80 EUR/month for heating. One month deposit. Minimum 4 months stay.
You can have one big private room (24 sqm), I have one private room and we can share big living room, big kitchen, bathroom. The apartment is 100 sqm in total.
In your private room there is a bed with new orthopedic mattress, a desk and good orthopedic office chair, a cabinet, some shelves, a clothes rack and a rack for drying your washing.
In the kitchen and bathroom there is a refrigerator, nice big cooker/oven, dish washer, new washing machine, the living room has a big LCD-TV, stereo, sofa, armchair, table.
Location: Kreuzberg, 5 mins walk from U-Görlitzer Bahnhof towards canal.
Nearby the house there is a Bio market, also a normal supermarket, and the famous Kreuzberg vegetable market by the canal. Markthalle 9 Deli market is 10 mins walk from here.
I am looking for somebody who would like to stay medium/long term, at least 4 months. You must be able to speak English or German. I am looking for quiet person 30+ years old with a regular work/life schedule. No party people, sorry :-)
I'm 53 years old and work as a software engineer and sometimes need to travel, so often you can stay alone in the apartment. But at the moment I work in Berlin for a few months, so we can share the apartment.
The kitchen is very well equipped. Actually I like cooking and it would be great if you do, too, so we could cook and eat together sometimes. I'm into a healthy diet with lots of fruit and veggies and only rarely eat a litte bit of meat.
