we are Dario, Sam and Jimmy. Sam is actually moving back to Canada. Dario is a photographer, visual artist , Sam is a canadian dreamer and Jimmy is a photographer as well. The location is just perfect. We are 3 minutes by walk from the ubahn Schelisisches tor, next to a lidl, gorlitzer park, bars and all the clubs of Berlin (yes, all). Is the perfect flat for the summer.
We spend a lot of time at home, so it's important that you feel good with that. There will be often music in the flat, not super loud and almost never techno (but we can deal with that).
