eine grosse gemütliche Matratze, Bettzeug und zwei Kommoden sind vorhanden.
Das Zimmer dieses denkmalgeschützten ruhig gelegenen Altbaus wurde, genau wie die Wohnung, vor kurzem vollständig renoviert. Die Wände sind gespachtelt und die Wohnung besitzt einen Dielenfussboden. Dein Zimmer liegt zum ruhigen Innenhof. Natürlich sind die Decken wie bei Altbauten üblich hoch. Auch die Nachbarn sind sehr nette und entspannte Menschen.

The room has a nice high ceiling. The whole apartment has recently been renovated. We have friendly neighbors.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Kiez Kreuzberg 36, einem der besten (eigentlich - der - beste) und angenehmsten Berlins. In 3 Minuten erreichst Du sowohl zu Fuss, als auch mit dem Fahrrad gefühlt unendlich entspannte Cafés, Bars, Galerien, Märkte und Supermärkte (am Kotti immer bis 24:00). Zum Beispiel ist das bekannte SO36 nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Auch der Landwehrkanal mit der Admiralbrücke, Görlitzer Park, Kottbusser Tor, Hermannplatz etc. sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch Gesamtberlin-technisch sind wir hier im Zentrum des Lebens und kommen mit dem Rad/bvg überall schnell hin. BVG Haltestellen: Heinrichplatz, Kotbusser Tor

The apartment is in one of the most relaxed and cool areas of Berlin. Though the apartment is in a very quiet street within 3 minutes walking you're in the heart of where live happens. With Kotbusser Tor and Heinrichplatz public traffic stations we can be super fast almost anywhere.
