Die ruhige 2. Zimmer Wohnung liegt im Hinterhof in der Nähe vom Möckernpark. Ich vermiete das große Zimmer an eine Person und benutzte das kleine Zimmer als Büroraum. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein großes Bett, Schreibtisch und zwei Stühlen. Im Flur gibt es einen Kleiderschrank. Das Zimmer hat einen Dielenfußboden, große Fenster und ist schön hell. Vor der Tür liegt der Gemeinschaftsgarten. Da die Person über mir selten zu Hause ist, hat man sozusagen keine Nachbarn, deren Fußtritte man an der Decke hört.
Als Erholungsmöglichkeit liegt der Möckernpark fußläufig um die Ecke und zum Viktoriapark ist es auch nicht weit.
Die U7/ U6/U1 sowie die S-Bahnhöfe am Anhalter Bahnhof oder in der Yorckstraße sind ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen..

The quiet 2nd rooms flat lies in the backyard close to the Möckernpark. I rent the big room to a person and used the small room as business premises. The room disposes of a big bed, desk and two chairs. In the hall there is a wardrobe. The room has a planking floor, big windows and is nicely bright. Before the door lies the communal garden. Because the person about me seldom is at home, mine has, so to speak, no neighbours whose kicks one hears in the cover.
As a recreational possibility lies of the Möckernpark foot-in heat around the corner and to the Viktoria's park it also is not far.
The U7/U6 / U1 as well as the city railroad stations in the hitchhiker railway station or in Yorckstrasse are to be reached also foot-in heat.
Please me about emails of commuters, people who have a firm job, linguistic student, people they make a training period in Berlin.
