You cannot get a much better location in Berlin in our opinion: in the middle of the quiet part of Kreuzberg, close to the canal and super close to the lively Bergmannkiez with Tempelhof just around the corner. In no-time you're in Neukölln, Mitte and Friedrichshain, plus, if you are a fan of the bicycle like we are, you will get anywhere worth going within minutes from here!

Tempelhofer Feld (9min by bike): awesome for cycling, skating & hanging out

A little more about us:
We, Anna and Alvaro (German and Basque) try to make the most out of what Berlin has to offer 😍 : we love food, exhibitions, dinners with friends as well as sports and travelling.
I (Anna), currently work in tech, I’m a fan of many activities including circus acrobatics, singing in a choir and skiing/snowboarding in Winter and am away travelling quite frequently.
Alvaro works as a film maker, has only recently moved to Berlin (from San Sebastian) loves cooking, yoga and is a bit of a photography nerd. Oh, and he recently started bouldering like almost every person in Berlin 😅
Cleanliness:
We are very keen on keeping the house to a clean standard and have someone do a deep clean every other week. (24€ per person/ month add-on)
Languages:
German, English and Spanish are spoken in our home but we are happy to switch to whatever language is your preference.
We'd love to find someone who is also keen to be part of this wonderful home and look forward to meeting you.
Move-in Date:
The room is free from 1st June. In case you need to arrange slightly different dates, I am sure we can arrange it accordingly.
Included in the rent:
Apart from general "Nebenkosten" for heating, water etc. the rent also includes GEZ (obligatory TV/radio licence), "Hausratversicherung" = Insurance for water damage/fire/robbery, fast internet, gas (for the stove), electricity, as well as a fixed cost for using all the appliances including washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, furniture, appliances, smart home system, new kitchen & bathroom.
